It’s decision time, business owners

Are you practicing your craft or building your biz?

Most founders build a business around what we are good at. We are craftspeople.

Decision time

We are good at some skill.
Designing or coding
Baking or making
Investing or trading
Selling or marketing

We aren't necessarily good at building a business. That's its own skillset.

So we need to make a decision. Do we want to practice the craft we built the business around or practice the craft of building a business itself? AND… whichever one we choose as founders, who will help with the other part?

Scale means both:
Practicing our craft
Building our business

We can't do it alone. Who, not how. Finding our tribe means clients, yes, but it also means teammates and partners.
