80s Wall Street called. They want their lingo back.

80s Wall Street called

3 phrases we can kick to the curb this year. Let's elevate our language.

1. "Gatekeepers"
This is not The Legend of Zelda. Research analysts are not standing at the gates of capital waiting for battle. It's not our mission to "get by them."

2. "Drop a ticket"
Ugh. It's not a trade. It's an investment, an allocation. It's long term, or at least it should be.

3. "Big producer"
Real advisors don't concern themselves with producing fat commissions for the mothership. They concern themselves with doing what's best for their clients.

My biases are showing. Can we at least upgrade to the 90s? Drop a gem on em or be a baller or something.

Stacy Havener
