A podcast named after one of my fav mottos

When I started posting on LinkedIn, Richard Sosa was the first person who commented. I didn't know him but every time I posted, there he was.

There I was nervous as hell to be putting myself out there… there he was giving me a virtual high five. “Keep going.” It meant the world.

So many people underestimate the power of LinkedIn to be exactly what it was designed to be: “Social” and a “Network.” It’s a place for people to connect with people. People they already know. People they would like to know. So if you are on LinkedIn, go make a new friend. Getting outside your comfort zone is scary. It’s easier when you have people in your corner.

Richard launched a podcast. Def outside of his comfort zone. It’s called “Riches in the Niches,” one of my absolute favorite mottos. Richard asked me to join him on the show. My answer was YES.

The episode just launched and here’s what I know. He’s really good at this new thing. I know he’s nervous and it’s uncomfortable, but Richard, you are doing it. Virtual high five.

"Keep going."
