Niche down. Identify your target market with specificity.
Figure out why you matter to them, how you can solve a problem or harness an opportunity.
Invite a small group to "meet" your founder or PMs to talk, you know, like people.
The C-suite at the bigs ain't got the time for small, specific or niche. Not sure they even have time to be people.
